Held in Goa, the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) has taken social media by storm. Fans are currently busy drooling over the looks of their favourite celebrities from their red-carpet appearances. Photos and videos of the same are currently going viral, which has left everyone excited to know what they have in store for them. The prestigious red carpet was graced by celebrities like filmmaker Karan Johar, Madhuri Dixit and her husband Dr Sriram Nene, Sunny Deol, Shreya Ghoshal, Divya Dutta, Karisma Tanna, Shriya Saran and Shahid Kapoor among many others. 

The celebrities have put their best foot forward as they attend the event that celebrates movies from different nations of the world. B-town celebs have left no stone unturned in putting their best fashion foot forward to impress the netizens as they arrived at the opening ceremony of the event. Many have been talking to the media about their experience of getting to attend the event. Quoted by Bollywood Life, Johar shared, “I have been here for the past 25 years and I am glad there is an ease in evolution. Actress Madhuri Dixit too was honoured with the ‘Special Recognition for Contribution to Bharatiya Cinema award’. Expressing her gratitude she recalled her 38 years of journey in the entertainment industry. Quoted by Bollywood Life, she said, “I have been in the industry for 38 years. I have worked with some wonderful directors. For me it was like a family. And I got the right opportunity at the right time.” Dixit went on to talk about IFFI in the Konkani language.
