Hrithik Roshan and Preity Zinta starrer Koi Mil Gaya was one of the blockbusters and most loved sci-fi films of 2003. The concept of an alien getting stuck on Earth and then becoming friends with a disabled child blew movie buffs mind. It was the best kid movies back then and there are many who still relive this film by watching over and over again. Similarly, just recently a fan of Hrithik as well as the film was watching the film and the fan observed a weird scene in the film and to clear his doubts, he took to his Twitter handle and shared his query.

His tweet read, “Watching #KoiMilGaya on TV and a weird observation. Was it an on purpose decision to give an extra thumb to #Jadoo just like #RohitMehra (#HrithikRoshan), which was the major reason for the connect between the two characters? @iHrithik @RakeshRoshan_N” After coming across this tweet, Hrithik took the moment to reply to him but also enlightening him with an interesting trivia and also praised him for his observation skills, he wrote, “Yes. It was to help Rohit feel familiarity. But we had to keep it subtle as the thumb didn’t look as great as I wanted :) you have a good eye my friend. Stay safe.”

The fan was mighty impressed with the trivia and in return wrote, “Wow. That's like a really interesting trivia for the lovers of this franchise. Good to know that so much thought and nuance went into creating the character. Can't wait for #Krrish4. All the best to you. Stay safe and healthy.”


Just for more facts, Koi Mil Gaya received the National Film Award for Best Film. The film won Filmfare Awards, IIFA Awards, and Screen Awards for Best Picture, Best Director (Rakesh Roshan), and Best Actor (Hrithik Roshan).
