Gulshan Kumar's Biopic Will Not Be Called Mogul, Makers Hunting For New Title
Gulshan Kumar's biopic, Mogul, which is being produced by T-Series and Aamir Khan jointly, will be renamed. Reports suggest that the makers of the film are thinking of a new title for the project
The Gulshan Kumar biopic, Mogul, has been in the news since the last two years. The first poster of the film went viral online within minutes of it being released. However, differences with the then lead actor Akshay Kumar led to the project being delayed.
Now, it is being reported that the makers are changing the name of the film.
A source close to the project informed a portal, “Yes, Bhushan Kumar is contemplating on changing the title of Mogul. But right now it is still too early to discuss details. Also, with Aamir Khan joining the venture as a co-producer under the banner of Aamir Khan Productions, most of the details are being kept tightly under wraps. Knowing how Aamir operates, details of the film will be released in a timely fashion only after everything has been locked.”
It's also being said that after Aamir came on board as the producer, he is reworking on the script of the film, which is to showcase the life of Gulshan Kumar and how he turned T-Series into the mammoth giant business venture it is today.
The biopic is set to hit theatres on Christmas 2019. We are waiting for the official announcement on this one.
