Gabriella Demetriades Says Start Off The Day With ‘THIS’ For An Instant Smile And Sweat; PS: No Arjun Rampal Connection
Arjun Rampal and Gabriella Demetriades are enjoying their quarantine days in Karjat along with their kid Arik as it is much safer there and looking at their happy pictures, it seems quite blissful. Apart from that, Gabriella also makes sure to keep herself healthy and fit amidst the lockdown. Not only that, but she also shares her different moods of lockdown which is pretty relatable on many levels. As we speak of fitness, the starlet recently shared a video of herself working out and damn, it looks inspiring.

The video in question has Demetriades doing skipping while also flaunting her perfectly toned midriff. Wearing athleisure wear, she looks pretty pumped up to lose those extra kilos, even though they are none. While sharing the video, she says that after doing skipping at the start of the day, you will immediately have a smile. She captioned the video as, “Start the day off with these and you will immediately have a smile ( and a sweat) hahah. Should @su_raj_g and I go live again?” watch the video below:

Arjun Rampal's ladylove gave birth to their son Arik nine months ago. Post her delivery, Demetriades and the Rock On actor have been treating us with some adorable snaps of their baby. Speaking about moving to the outskirts, Arjun told Mid-day, “I thought it would be better to operate from here instead of travel at this point. I have a house here, so it worked out well.” He further added, “We decided to stay back for my son's safety. While he is too young now, this will be a story to tell him when he grows older. Besides, Mumbai is just a few hours away, and hence, easily accessible in case of an emergency."
