Fresh Trouble For Deepak Tijori: Hard On Cash, Asked To Shell Out Rs 40,000 Per Month For Daughter's Maintenance
Deepak is currently looking for work. His financial position is not very strong, neither does he have a permanent shelter...
A few days ago,
we brought to you that Deepak Tijori’s estranged 'wife' Shivani Tomar
asked him to cough up Rs 1 lakh per month for the welfare of their daughter
Samara.
Samara Tijori
SpotboyE.com has
a fresh update on the story. There is more trouble for the out-of-work actor.
He is expected to compensate around Rs 40,000/month as maintenance, for his
20-year-old daughter. Deepak has challenged this decision in a higher court and
is waiting for the law to take its course.

Deepak’s
financial condition is not too rosy at the moment. He is looking for work. He
doesn’t even have a permanent shelter, and is living around like a nomad. On
several occasions, the Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar actor has had to shack up with
his close friends and relatives.
We have learnt
that Deepak does provide for his daughter, as and when he runs into money. But
to cough up a fixed sum every month, you need regular income coming your way –
which unfortunately is not the case with him. So, for now he will just have to
meet the monthly commitment, till his challenge is heard in a higher court.

Recently, we had
told you that Deepak Tijori’s wife Shivani had
virtually thrown him out of their 4-BHK in Goregaon. Shivani filed for divorce
and maintenance. Later, Deepak realised that Shivani is not his legal wife!
After consulting a counsellor, Deepak happened to check if Shivani had divorced
her first husband. Imagine his horror when he discovered that she had not!
Post which
Shivani had filed for maintenance under 125 CRPC (Criminal Proceedure Code).
She had claimed, "I am a deserted wife. I cannot maintain my expenses. My
husband is liable to do the needful for me and my daughter."

We also told you
then, that the only way Shivani could get money from Deepak, was if she
convinced their daughter Samara, who is 20, to file for maintenance.
Despite a text message, Deepak and Shivani remained unavailable for comment.
