First Poster: Here’s Anupam Kher As Former PM Manmohan Singh In The Accidental Prime Minister

Anupam Kher took social media by storm this morning by posting the first poster of his upcoming film The Accidental Prime Minister. The venture is based on the life of our last PM, Manmohan Singh and Kher will the lead role.
Anupam captioned the picture: “To reinvent yourself as an actor is to challenge yourself. Looking forward to portraying #DrManmohanSingh in #TheAccidentalPrimeMinister. :) (sic).”
The film is based on the book Accidental Prime Minister: The Making and Unmaking of Manmohan Singh. It is a 2014 memoir by Indian policy analyst Sanjaya Baru, who was Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's media advisor from May 2004 to August 2008.
Coming back to the movie adaptation, the first poster gives a glimpse of Anupam as Manmohan Singh. He is a splitting image of the ex-Prime Minster. The film is being directed by Vijay Ratnakar Gutte and will be produced by Hansal Mehta. It's all set to hit theatres in the winter of 2018.
