Filmmaker Siddharth Anand’s Fighter has touted to be one of the most anticipated movies till now, all thanks to the leads - Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone who have created a lot of stirs. It was a dream for many to see this good looking duo together onscreen. Now, that it is happening, movie-buffs can’t seem to calm down. Apart from all the craze, we got to hear that the Greek God of Bollywood will follow a strict workout regime for his upcoming film, Fighter. It is said that his character demands a lean avatar with chiselled muscles, for the same, he will undergo extensive prep.

As per the PinkVilla report, a source said, “Hrithik is known to get into extensive prep, not just on the acting front, but also his physique. And at present, his line up is filled with ample action and thrill, which requires him to be in a lean avatar. Over the last few months, he has been working out with his fitness instructor to don a lean body with chiselled muscles.” The source also revealed that he is following a strict diet and workout regime burning 3000 calories per day. 

“With multiple projects in the pipeline, he is ready to roll from summer. The modalities and timelines are being worked on. While one doesn’t know, as to which project will kick off first from summer and the follow up since then, be assured, he has chalked out his plan for the next two years and ready to roll with back to back films, with announcements on the way,” added the source.


Meanwhile, on Hrithik’s birthday, the announcement of Fighter was made, leaving everyone into a frenzy. He will also be next seen in the fourth instalment of the Krrish franchise.
