Farah Khan Ali Expresses Angst Over Public NOT Believing Late Disha Salian's Father And Spreading False Gossip: 'We Live In A Very SICK Society’
Farah Khan Ali slams the public for not believing Disha Salian’s father, and instead spreading false gossip about her. Disha’s parents had urged people to not defame their daughter and to stop fueling conspiracy theories
Sushant Singh Rajput’s former manager Disha Salian was reported to have allegedly killed herself by jumping off a highrise in Mumbai’s Malad area, on June 9. A few days later, on June 14, Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his Bandra residence. Soon, several theories and conspiracies linking these two deaths surfaced on social media. In the last few days, a lot was being said and reported about Disha Salian’s death, after which, her parents broke their silence and rubbished rumours surrounding Disha's death. They urged people to not defame their daughter and to stop fueling conspiracy theories. Now, Farah Khan Ali has slammed people for not believing Disha Salian’s father, and instead spreading false gossip about her.
Farah Khan Ali’s tweet read, “Ironic indeed that Disha Salians father is not to be believed when he says that his daughter was not raped. But the public know better so they add mirch masala from their dirty thinking minds& relegate a young girls memory to rape &murder. We live in a very SICK society.God help us.” Replying to this, Soni Razdan wrote, “Seriously deranged !” In another tweet, Farah Khan Ali wrote how sad it is that people will spread false gossip without thinking of the family of the deceased.
She wrote, “I’m irked that even in death people are so sick that they will spread false gossip not thinking how the family is coping. You can’t be that bored in your life that you have nothing better to do than make up false stories about the dead. I pray Disha haunts all of you.”

You can’t be that bored in your life that you have nothing better to do than make up false stories about the dead. I pray Disha haunts all of you.
Meanwhile, in an interview with India Today Aaj Tak, Disha’s parents said, “Please don't defame our daughter and take mileage. She was our only child, we lost our only daughter, now they have tarnished her image badly and now after her death, they are after us. They want to kill us by harassing us like this.” They also reacted to rumours of Disha’s rape and murder, and said that all of it is false. “Statements in this case are taken twice. Malvani police (where Disha Salian case is being investigated) has all documents on record. We have seen post mortem report. Mumbai police are doing their job properly and therefore we trust Mumbai police. We were quiet earlier but all these in media defaming our daughter we just can't take it anymore,” they said.
