Emraan Hashmi Has Only Good Things To Say About Co-Star John Abraham; Reveals He Got A Call From Him When Son Got Diagnosed With Cancer
Emraan Hashmi revealed that his Mumbai Saga co-star John Abraham was among the two stars from Bollywood who called him when his son fell sick
Emraan Hashmi and John Abraham are soon to be seen in Mumbai Saga. The film will make it to the theatres soon and both the stars are very excited about this project. This is for the first time that Emraan and John will be sharing the screen space. But it seems they have been friends for a long time. As they launched the film, they only had good things to say about each other. In fact, Emraan revealed that he received a call from John after his son fell sick.
While talking about John being a co-star, he said, "It’s a mutual admiration here. I have the utmost respect for John. we have known each other for a very long. So, what really works big time for me is when an actor comes on time to the set and John is always on time. He is always involved and yeh jo character hain Amartya Rao ka I can't see any other actor playing it because with such honesty he has played this role.”
Praising John Abraham for being a good human being, he stated, "And as far as a human being, people generally don’t know about John. When my son fell sick I had got two calls from the industry. Although we were not close at that time, I remember ICU k bahar baitha tha and John ka phone aya and he said, “Emraan if you need anything I’m always there”. And, that really moved me. We don’t talk about these things but this is a true character of a person.”
Emraan Hashmi's son was diagnosed with cancer and the little warrior managed to beat the deadly disease.
