Ektaa Kapoor, the television queen has entertained the audience with daily soaps which are full of drama, tragedies, and masala. She is currently prepping for her upcoming film ‘Goodbye’ starring Rashmika Mandanna and Amitabh Bachchan in the lead role. The producer of the film was spotted crying at the trailer launch. However, she got brutally trolled by netizens for crying.

Ektaa Kapoor attended the trailer launch event of her upcoming film ‘Goodbye’ on September 07 and from the looks of it, the trailer is quite heart-touching and it will surely leave you teary eyed. The television  got emotional and broke down while talking about the film. As the video went viral of her crying netizens trolled her mercilessly saying that it was a fake cry. They even commented on her dress.




One of the users wrote, “Fake ro kr dikha rhi hai unty...ekta kapoor” and another one wrote, “Fr koi nava natak”. One of them commented, “jokes of the day crying lady Ekta” and another commented, “ye serial chlate chalate khud v acting Sikh gyu”. One troll commented, “Didi ko sympathy chaiye” and another commented, “Oh my God drama likhte likhte drama krne bhi lg gai drama queen”. One comment read, “Fake crying of Ekta,,, public sympathy stunt,,,, shayad issi se chal jaye movie” and another one read, “Lgta h inko apni serial ki acting qki sb serial me heroin roti hi h bss.”

Earlier, she was trolled for re-launching Pavitra Rishta with Ankita Lokhande and Shaheer Shaikh after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. Netizens trolled her for using the late actor’s death as a tool of promotion. 

Talking about the film, Goodbye marks the Bollywood debut of Rashmika Mandanna alongside Big B. Apart from them, it also stars Neena Gupta, Pavail Gulati, Sunil Grover, and Bhavini Sheth in pivotal roles. The film will release theatrically on October 07, 2022.
