It’s been widely known that Disha has been training and learning martial arts and kickboxing for a long time now. In her first film Baaghi, she showed off her martial arts skills, she is also known as the fittest actress in the industry. Not only that, the actress also actively shares glimpses of her doing some interesting and tricky jumps and kicks through social media. Disha loves her fitness regime now more than ever where she practices MMA and works really hard in the gym to maintain a good physique.
In one of her interviews in the past with Filmfare Disha had expressed how everyone woman should learn self-defense. She said, " I strongly feel that self-defense is an absolute must for every woman out there. As someone with a background in gymnastics and martial arts, I know how empowered, safe and secure knowing a few basic self-defense techniques can make a woman/girl feel. Let's get moving."
At work front Disha after delivering a power-packed performance in Malang with Aditya Roy Kapoor, the actress has yet again teamed up with director Mohit Suri for Ek Villain Returns, for which the actress is currently shooting. The film stars Arjun Kapoor, John Abraham in the lead.
