Veteren actor Dilip Kumar passed away in the early hours on Wednesday. The actor's funeral will take place at 5pm at the Juhu Kabrastan in Santacruz.
Veteran actor Dilip Kumar passed away in Mumbai in the early hours of Wednesday. He had been admitted to Hinduja Hospital after complaining of breathlessness. The legendary actor's last rites will be done in Mumbai at 5pm. He will be cremated at the Juhu Kabrastan in Santacruz (W). However, before his funeral takes place, his body will be taken to his home around 10-11 am.
His funeral will take place with full state honours. 'Burial today at 5: 00 PM. Juhu Qabrastan at Santacruz Mumbai,' read the latest tweet on his official Twitter account. Faisal Farooqui had earlier tweeted, ''With a heavy heart and profound grief, I announce the passing away of our beloved Dilip Saab, few minutes ago. We are from God and to Him we return. - Faisal Farooqui.'
