Akshay Kumar and Raveena Tandon starrer song ‘Tip Tip Barsa Pani’ is one of the most loved and iconic songs of the 90s. Shot in the rain, the sensuous dance number from the film ‘Mohra’ is still loved by the masses owing to Akshay-Raveena’s sizzling chemistry. But do you know Raveen had several terms and conditions including no kissing scene before doing this song? Yes, you read that right! The actress was initially not convinced to do this number.

As reported by Pinkvilla, Raveena had told the makers that in the song her saree won’t come off and there won’t be any kissing scene. Eventually, they came up with 'Tip Tip' which was a correct balance of sensuality. Earlier it was said that Raveena was not ready to do the song as she was worried about her father’s reaction to it. She thought her dad will not appreciate it. But later she agreed. Raveena and Akshay reportedly started dating during the shoot of Mohra and even got engaged in the late 90s. However, they parted ways and Akshay then got married to Twinkle Khanna in 2001. In an interview with ETimes TV, Raveena spoke about her relationship with Akshay and said they are still friends. “Akshay and I are still friends. There’s a journey in everyone’s life. You need to respect it and move on. I think of him very highly. I think he is one of the strongest pillars of our industry,” the actress had said.

Last month, Akshay and Raveena were seen sharing sweet hugs on the stage as they came together to attend an award function.
