Having entertained audiences with her versatile performances, over the years, she has made a name for herself in the Hindi film industry. Being the family person that she is, she had once opened up about a hilarious incident from her birth. During a candid chat with Simi Garewal on her renowned talk show, India’s Most Desirable, Rani recalled how she was exchanged in the hospital right after her birth.

It was her mother, a former playback singer, Krishna Mukherjee who took it upon herself to visit every hospital room until she found her daughter.
