Amitabh Bachchan and Govinda are brilliant actors in the Hindi film industry. Big B and Govinda starrer Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is one of the most successful films of the two stars together. The film remains as 'one of the best' for many reasons. Apart from Big B and Govinda, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan also featured Raveena Tandon, Ramya Krishnan, Anupam Kher, Sharat Saxena, Satish Kaushik and Paresh Rawal. Madhuri Dixit made a special appearance.

According to TellyChakkar, Govinda once opened up about the making of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan with Big B. The actor had revealed that before shooting for a particular scene, Big B came up to him and threatened if the film doesn't work at the box office then he'll slap him.

The statement made Govinda afraid and he even cancelled the shoot of the film. TellyChakkar reports that ChiChi wasn't convinced with a particular song in the movie and he claimed that it won't work. Further Govinda revealed that Bade Miyan Chote Miyan's director David Dhawan came up to him and asked him how he was so confident that the song won't work. The actor then told him about his conversation with Big B and the filmmaker then came to a conclusion that it was not a good song.

ChiChi went on to reveal that the team was adamant about not shooting the sequence until they find a perfect song. The song was 'Makhna' which saw Madhuri Dixit sharing screen space with Govinda and Big B. Given the stellar acting and songs, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan did well at the box office.
