Actress Deepika Padukone will reportedly fly out of Mumbai on September 11, 2020, to Goa to begin the shoot of her next with Shakun Batra
Deepika Padukone will be jetting off to Goa to commence the shoot of her next film helmed by director Shakun Batra on September 11, 2020. As per reports in Bombay Times, the team will be preparing for the shoot together, followed by beginning the shoot in the upcoming days. The genre of the film is domestic noir as director Shakun Batra is known to understand people and relationships which gets individuals closer to one another. Reflection of it was seen in his previous directorial ventures, such as Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu and Kapoor & Sons.
So far the makers have kept the deets of the actress' role under wraps, which has got her fans excited and eagerly waiting for the diva to sizzle back on the silver screen after a long break. The film will be shot in Goa with beaches and old Churches being an integral part of the film. Meanwhile, the team will commence the shoot in India and the overseas shooting schedule of the film will depend upon the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
This film also stars young actors Ananya Panday and Siddant Chaturvedi.
Meanwhile besides Shakun Batra’s next, the actress has been roped in for the Bollywood remake of The Intern's was supposed to star the veteran actor Rishi Kapoor, but with the actor's death, the makers will have to figure out another talented star to step into his shoes.
