Deepika Padukone On Managing Work And Married Life, ‘It’s Important For Us To Spend Quality Time’

When the Chhapaak actress was asked about how she manages her life and married life with Ranveer Singh, she said it is important for them to spend quality time with each other. Bollywood’s hottest couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone tied the knot on November 14, 2019, and since then the lovey-dovey duo has been busy with their hectic schedules and work commitments. The couple visited Tirupati in Andhra Pradesh to seek the blessing of the Lord Venkateshwar on the occasion of their 1st wedding anniversary. Then they even visited the Golden Temple with family and it was a happy first anniversary for them.
Deepika Padukone recently made a stunning appearance at Lokmat Most Stylish Awards 2019. On the red carpet of the award show, when she was asked how she manages work and home, she said, "There are a lot of married couples here, everyone is equally busy and I don’t think our lives are very different from anyone else’s. You have to respect each other and respect the fact that our careers are very, very important to us. But at the same time, you got to make time for each other... That’s something where we are on the same page. It is important for us to spend quality time with each other and our family and friends. So we make the time for that. Well, Deepika Padukone is already making buzz for the portrayal of Malti, an acid attack survivor in her upcoming Chhapaak directed by Meghna Gulzar. The film is all set to hit theatres on January 10, 2020, followed by ’83 which stars husband Ranveer Singh in the lead as Kapil Dev. The movie is slated to release on April 10, 2020.
