Deepika Padukone has been keeping her fans updated about her whereabouts since making her comeback on Instagram. On Wednesday, Deepika, who opened up about dealing with mental health earlier, now took to Instagram to talk about 'Frontline Assist', a program launched by Live Love Laugh Foundation and The Deepika Padukone Closet to support the mental health of the frontline workers.
Sharing the news on Instagram, she wrote, "Frontline workers have been the backbone of our country as we weather this pandemic. Having had a lived experience with mental illness, I understand the importance of emotional wellbeing, and as a mental health foundation, we are grateful to be able to contribute to the mental health of our country's frontline workers with 'Frontline Assist'".
The actress further added, "We are proud to direct proceeds from The Deepika Padukone Closet towards mental health support of our country's real heroes through our partnership with Sangath." The actress has always been vocal about her mental health. Time and again, she also urges people to be more attentive and caring towards others. Fans are praising Deepika for her kind act.
On the work front, Deepika has interesting projects in her kitty. The actress has been busy shooting for her film 'Pathan' which also stars Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham.
