We have all noticed the brave accomplishment of India’s Chandrayaan 2 making it to the southern hemisphere of the Moon. India and the scientists of ISRO made it possible to be the first country to reach the part of moon no one had ever covered. As the nation weeps, on the unfortunate circumstances that happened during the landing of Chandrayaan 2's Vikram Lander, Indian captain Virat Kohli and wife Anushka Sharma took to their twitter to support and salute the brave effort of the scientists at ISRO.

Virat Kohli like every other Indian expressed his opinions on the effort by the brave scientists at ISRO. The Indian Cricket team captain and batsman took to his Twitter to applaud the scientists at ISRO who worked their heart and soul out for the successful landing of Vikram. As the fate and status of India’s moon lander, Vikram is not yet understood since the communication link got cut, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma took to their Twitter accounts to show respect for the brave efforts by the scientists at ISRO. Kohli in his tweet expressed his feelings by mentioning how there is nothing like failure in science, as we experiment, and we gain. Massively respecting the scientists at ISRO, the Indian Cricket team captain expressed how he and the nation is extremely proud of the scientists and their relentless effort of working over days and nights on making the mission a success.


Virat Kohli’s better half, Anushka Sharma also took to her Twitter to celebrate the effort by scientists at ISRO on the Chandrayaan 2. The Zero actress in her tweet spoke about how these are only steps forward and not backward and that the country together as a nation stand by the brave minds at ISRO to celebrate their effort and very proud of them for their perseverance and achievements so far. Sharma concluded her Tweet saying, “You are all truly inspiring.”


While the minds at ISRO work hard daily, the mission is not a fail, 95% of the mission is a success as the Chandrayaan 2 orbiter is orbiting the moon successfully and has a lifespan of a year which will provide us with necessary information.
