Bollywood’s ‘October Fest’ Is All Set To Begin

Come October and the nation will be enveloped by the festive spirit. Beginning with Navratri and going up to Diwali, it’s a month full of celebrations. So how can Bollywood not cash in on the coveted month? From the most awaited films and trailers to the TV show of the year, October’s line-up is getting us excited. So here’s a lowdown on what’s in store for the fans.

Hopefully the Pakistani artistes-MNS controversy reaches a consensus and we are able to head to theatres and watch Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, this Diwali (October 28). The film’s trailer and songs (and of course, Shah Rukh Khan’s cameo) have already created a buzz among audiences. Ae Dil... stars Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Fawad Khan.

The Karan Johar film clashes with Ajay Devgn’s Shivaay. The actor, who also features in the film, returns to direction after 8 years. Noticed the high-octane action sequences in the film’s trailer? Phew!

Besides the release of two big films, a host of trailers of upcoming projects will also be showcased this month. Trailer of Aamir khan’s Dangal will attached with Shivaay, while the trailers of Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil and SRK and Alia’s Dear Zindagi will come out with Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.

Also trailers of Ranveer Singh – Vaani Kapoor starrer Befikre and Vidya Balan’s Kahaani 2 will be played in October.

With both SRK and Aamir releasing their films’ trailers next month, how can Salman be left behind?  Hold on! The trailer of Tubelight is not coming out any time soon. In fact, it is Sallu’s most awaited reality show – Bigg Boss Season 10 that kick-starts on October 16
