Balaji that is producing the movie, Judgementall Hai Kya, starring Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao, has broken its silence on the ugly spat that ensued between the film’s heroine and a journalist during a song launch of the movie
Yesterday, we told you about senior journalists meeting up in Andheri to vent their angst against Kangana Ranaut’s flare-up with a journalist during the song launch of Judgementall Hai Kya in Mumbai. For the uninitiated, the meeting was arranged after Kangana Ranaut accused a PTI journalist Justin Rao of bashing her film and running a smear campaign against her, harming her brand. The incident happened at the launch of the first song Wakhra Swag from her upcoming flick Judgementall Hai Kya, produced by Ekta Kapoor.
And just minutes ago, Balaji Telefilms has issued a statement. This statement that we are reproducing below, has been picked up from the Entertainment Journalists' Guild of India, a group, of which some key members met Ekta Kapoor, last night.
