Aryan Khan Drugs Case: Shah Rukh Khan To Take Legal Action Against NCB Officer Sameer Wankhede-Report
The Bombay High Court, on Saturday, released the bail detailed order in Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan’s drugs case. In its order granting bail to Aryan, Arbaaz Merchant and model Munmun Dhamecha, the Court said that there was “hardly any positive evidence” to show a conspiracy between the accused as alleged by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). The court also mentioned that “nothing objectionable” was noticed in the WhatsApp chats allegedly recovered from Aryan’s phone to suggest that there was a conspiracy.

Following the same, Shah Rukh Khan’s legal team has reportedly asked him to take action against all those who falsely accused his son Aryan. According to the latest report in Bollywoodlife, SRK has been strongly advised to take legal action against Sameer Wankhede-the NCB officer who was leading the case and arrested Aryan Khan on October 3 in the Cruise case.

A close friend of the Khans was quoted saying, “Shah Rukh is being strongly being advised retaliatory legal action against those who put Aryan behind bars. So yes, there is likely to be some unforeseen developments in the case.”

Meanwhile, the 14-page order bail order released from the Bombay High Court stated, “There is hardly any positive evidence on record to convince this Court that all the accused persons with common intention agreed to commit unlawful act... Merely because Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha were travelling in the same cruise, that by itself cannot be a foundation for the charge of conspiracy against them.”

The single bench of Justice Nitin Sambre granted bail to Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and model Munmun Dhamecha on October 28. They were arrested on October 2 after a raid on a cruise by the NCB.  Also Read: Aryan Khan Bail Order Highlights ‘No Positive Evidence To Show Conspiracy Between Accused’
