Bollywood has been under the scanner of the Narcotics Control Bureau ever since the drugs angle emerged in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. Names of many Bollywood celebrities have come under the radar of the investigating agency. From Deepika Padukone to Sara Ali Khan, Bollywood's top stars were questioned. Among all, Rock On star Arjun Rampal too was questioned by the Narcotics Control Bureau. The agency conducted a raid at his residence in Mumbai after which he was summoned. Now it is his sister Komal Rampal who has been summoned by the NCB.
Komal Rampal today reached the NCB office for questioning. This is for the second time that she has been summoned. Earlier, Komal Rampal reportedly did not appear in front of the agency citing ill health. Her name appeared in front of the NCB after a drug was seized from Arjun's residence say reports. He reportedly informed the agency that the drug was of his sister and even provided the prescription for the same given by a Delhi-based doctor.
Apart from Arjun and his sister, his girlfriend Gabriella has also been summoned and questioned by NCB on two occasions in the past. Gabriella's brother was also arrested by the investigating agency in another drugs case.
While the agency is conducting its investigation, Arjun had made a new year post stating that he has not been on the wrong side of the law. He wrote, “I would like to assure each and every one of you that I am well aware of my responsibility as a celebrity, a father and a citizen of a country I love dearly that I have never been on the wrong side of the law. You all have nothing to fear or speculate as I have done nothing wrong. I love you all and going forward we shall only spread love and peace together. There is no room for any negativity in our space.” (Also Read: Arjun Rampal On 2020: 'Saw Too Much Pain, Hatred' - EXCLUSIVE)
