Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora confirmed their relationship in 2019 and lived the past few years loving each other. However, for a few weeks now it was heavily reported that they were facing trouble in the relationship. Amid rumours of separation between them, they were recently spotted at a fashion event in Delhi. Several photos and videos of the estranged couple are going viral on social media.
In the videos shared by the paparazzi, Arjun and Malaika, who arrived at the venue separately, were seen walking the ramp. They were also seen sitting in the front row of the event, away from each other. In a video shared by Viral Bhayani, on Instagram, Arjun was seen protectively shielding Malaika, from the crowd, as she walks past him. While they didn’t interact at all, their presence at India Couture Week 2024 for Kunal Rawal's show, left their fans gushing. Speculations about their separation, months ago when Malaika skipped attending Arjun’s birthday bash. Addressing their separation rumours, a Pinkvilla report confirmed the same and stated that their relationship has run its course. According to a source close to the couple stated they have decided to part ways in a ‘dignified’ manner. While they hold a “special place” in each other’s hearts, they have decided to maintain a “dignified silence” on the matter. The source adds, “They won’t allow anyone to drag and dissect their relationship.” The report adds that the couple has had a long and fruitful relationship. For the unversed, before officially announcing her relationship with Arjun in 2019, Malaika was married to Arbaaz Khan for 18 years. They divorced in 2017 and have been co-parenting their son Arhaan Khan.
On the work front, Arjun Kapoor will be next seen in Singham Again, where he will be essaying the role of an antagonist. The Rohit Shetty directorial also stars Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, and others in lead roles. He is also a part of No Entry 2 alongside Varun Dhawan and Diljit Dosanjh. The trio will reportedly be seen romancing 10 heroines in the film. The makers of the show are yet to make an official announcement.
