Anurag Kashyap hit an all-time low when his ambitious project Bombay Velvet became the biggest debacle of the year so far.
While many were quick to write the filmmaker's obit, the film's disastrous run also took a toll on his friendship with the Phantom boys (Anurag Kashyap’s midnight drama with his business partner in a pub, August 4).
However, now, the Gangs Of Wasseypur director has a reason to smile.
The Ranbir Kapoor-Anushka Sharma starrer was recently screened at the Locarno Film Festival in Switzerland and it received an overwhelming response.

Many attendees of the festival too had good things to say about the period drama.
