Anirban Blah Sex Scandal: After Suicide Attempt, The Man Moves To Bengaluru For Therapy

Anirban Das Blah is constantly in news since the past few weeks as the ex-partner in talent management agency, Kwan Entertainment, has been accused of multiple sexual harassment cases. The board of the agency has given out an official confirmation of stripping Blah down of all responsibilities and taken over his part of the shares in the company.

A few days back, Anirban tried to commit suicide in Vashi but was rescued by the police in time. And now as per a report in Mumbai Mirror, Blah had relocated to Bengaluru for therapy. “Post the shocking revelations, the family thought it is best to move out of Mumbai. A few online reports suggested that Anirban has resorted to rehabilitation permanently but according to Mirror he is living at a home in Bengaluru. “As reports suggest, he has not checked in for rehab. He is living at home and going for therapy every day,” added the source.

Meanwhile, company’s CEO, Vijay Subramanian, on Thursday, also came out strongly against Blah, and said in the official statement, “We at KWAN wish to emphatically state that Anirban Das Blah’s exit from the company is final and conclusive. We have no sympathy for him. We see this as an opportunity to immunize ourselves from this kind of toxicity in the future. KWAN has never been about one individual; it has always been and will continue to be about the collective.”

Talking more about Blah’s suicide attempt, Mirror’s report states:

He was rescued from Vashi bridge post-midnight on October 18, after the cops were alerted by his note which dropped into the inbox of a Times of India staffer at 11.07 pm who immediately alerted Deven Bharti, joint commissioner of police. Bharti in turn relayed the message to Navi Mumbai police commissioner, Sanjay Kumar.

And this is what Blah’s note read as per the tabloid:

“I was never able to separate sex from power, to make it a part of love, and somewhere along the way, one part of me turned into a monster… The monster inside me has won against the other part of me for too long, it’s time to kill it once and for all,”
