Angad Bedi Talks About Being A Father Again: ‘Neha And I Had Discussed About Having A Sibling For Mehr’

Bollywood actors Angad Bedi and Neha Dhupia are all set to welcome their second child together. Angad and Neha, who are already parents to daughter Mehr Bedi had announced that they are expecting their second child, on Monday. They made the official announcement with a family photo on their respective social media handles. In an interview now, the Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl actress opens up on being a father for the second time. Neha and Angad will be welcoming their second child, almost three years after Mehr’s birth.
Speaking with Pinkvilla.com, Angad Bedi expressed he is excited to welcome a new member to the family. He exclaimed, “It’s the most beautiful experience ever.” The actor further explained how having a child is a blessing. He revealed Neha and he is really happy. Angad said, “To have a child is a blessing from the universe and not everybody is blessed to be in this situation. We are really happy.” The actor shared that Neha and he had discussed the idea of having a sibling for Mehr. “We had discussed thinking of having a sibling for Mehr. But we didn’t know, it would be so soon. We are grateful that it has happened at the right time.”
Talking about Neha Dhupia, Angad spoke about how it’s challenging “because she is pregnant again after almost 3 years.” While the actress is keeping well in terms of health, Bedi said, “It’s a different experience and not easy on her. But she is keeping her spirits up, working and finishing all her projects keeping the timelines in mind. We are happy to bring in a new family member soon. For me, her health is of prime experience.” Later, Angad Bedi expressed how he always wanted to be a young father. “Nothing can be bigger than this. The relationship of a parent and a kid is the most empowering. I always wanted to be a young father as that enables one to grow with the children. I want to be in a space where I can be their friend while growing up,” he concluded.
