The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has been investigating the drug angle in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. Recently, the NCB summoned Bollywood actresses Deepika Padukone, Rakul Preet Singh, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor in the drug probe. With the ongoing discussion and controversy over alleged drug use in the film industry, Rakhi Sawant has made some shocking claims. She said that actors take weed to curb their appetite so they can stay slim.

While speaking to Dainik Bhaskar, Rakhi Sawant said that she has been in the industry for 15 years and she has seen several actors taking drugs to maintain their glamour. She also claimed that most actors take drugs so their glamour isn’t lost. She said actors mostly take weed so as to curb their appetite so that they can stay slim. Many actresses are under pressure to stay fit and they fear that they won’t get work if they gain weight. She revealed that a few years ago, she had also started gaining weight and was worried. That’s when she said she was suggested to take ‘weed’ and ‘hash’.

Rakhi Sawant claimed that she was told these drugs were very common and most people take it to stay slim and trim. However, she said that she wasn’t comfortable with that, and so instead of drugs, she chose hot yoga.

However, Rakhi Sawant added that not just Bollywood, drugs are being used everywhere. She said because of a few people, the whole industry is being portrayed in the wrong way.
