Alia Bhatt To Create Five-Episode Series To Raise Awareness On Coronavirus And COVID-19 Vaccine – VIDEO
After the second wave of Coronavirus, actor Alia Bhatt has been pretty active on her Instagram. Using her social media might, she has been sharing helpline numbers of various cities. Now, to take the awareness to the next level, she has decided to create five episodes where she will be spreading awareness on COVID-19 and vaccine. Only yesterday, Alia shared an IGTV on her Instagram where she was heard saying that even though the vaccines are available, some of us are still hesitant. ‘A great deal of this hesitancy is due to misinformation, myths and rumours that are exchanged on social media and other messaging platforms,’ she said.

Alia then said that she will be creating 5-episode series that will help everyone understand more about the vaccines through ‘reliable sources and make the most informed choice about getting vaccinated’. She has already shared the first episode on her Instagram where she was seen in a conversation with a Virologist, Microbiologist Dr Gagandeep Kang. She captioned it as, “In this episode of Vaccinate India, Dr. Gagandeep Kang - Virologist, Microbiologist and one of the country’s leading experts on vaccines will be shedding light on the development of the Covid vaccines and what some of the terms we hear associated with vaccines mean. #CircleOfHope”

While talking about her new program, she captioned that video with, “Shared knowledge is our greatest ally in this fight against Covid-19. Together, @Audiomaticin and @Eternalsunshineproduction are bringing to you a 5 part series that can help us understand the Covid-19 vaccines a little better.”

Alia Bhatt will be next seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi, SS Rajamuli’s RRR, Karan Johar’s Takht and Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra. ALSO READ: Release Of Rajamouli’s Alia Bhatt Starrer RRR Postponed Indefinitely - EXCLUSIVE
