Mirzapur star Ali Fazal is currently busy shooting rigorously for hours in Varanasi. The actor has been in the city for quite some long for the upcoming season of his Amazon Prime web series Mirzapur. Ali has made his debut with a special appearance in the hit 3 Idiots following many other films, the actor also managed to play a character in the famous American film Furious 7. Known to be an actor with the calibre and great acting skills, Ali recently took to his social media account to bring light on the makers of his upcoming film, who have failed to pay his dues on time after a promotional song from the film released today.

Ali who is in Varanasi busy shooting for Mirzapur has a pretty tight schedule lined up with the upcoming promotions of his film Prasthanam. Today, the actor was left in shock when he saw a promotional song video of his delayed film Tadka, surfacing on the internet and many of his social fan pages. The promotional song titled Khainch Le Qashh from the film was released online yesterday by Zee Music Company and a mention of the film's name was also visible on YouTube video. Ali took to his Twitter to bring light on the issues he faced regarding the payment of his pending dues by the producers of the film. The actor’s tweet read, “There’s a court case on the producers of this film as far as I remember. Cheques had bounced. Actors and crew still haven’t gotten paid. Surprised to see a promotional song coming out from the film.”




The actor’s tweet has brought a development in the news of the film that ran into legal trouble months ago. Directed by Prakash Raj, the film Tadka stars Nana Patekar, Taapsee Pannu, and Ali Fazal in regard to the film. The film is a remake of the 2011 Malayalam blockbuster Salt N’ Pepper.
