Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has made a name for himself in the Hindi entertainment industry with his versatile performances. Known as Khiladi Kumar, he often does his action sequences without the help of a body double and takes care of his physique quite well. He has opened up about the same in many interviews and has even become an inspiration to many aspiring actors. Currently enjoying the success of Sarfira, an old video of the actor has surfaced on the internet leaving fans impressed with his quick thinking and presence of mind.

In the video that is now going viral on X (formerly known as Twitter), Akshay is seen rushing towards an actor who faints mid-air during the shoot of Kapil Sharma’s old comedy chat show. Ali Asgar and Paritosh are seen dressed as their characters, suspended from the rooftop with cable ties about to perform a stunt. However, as they get ready, the latter faints leaving Ali shocked. He even leans forward to catch Paritosh’s head. Akshay and the rest of the crew also rush to save him from falling. They disconnect him from the cable ties all the while the actor holds him so that he doesn’t fall. He is then seen gaining consciousness. ALSO READ: WHAT! As soon as the video surfaced on the internet, netizens took to the comment section of the post to hail the actor and criticise the makers of the show. One wrote, “Untrained people shouldn’t be doing a show without proper safety crew , they just got lucky with Akshay who knows a thing or two and pitched in- not everytime you can bank on miracles.” Another wrote, “He seems Exhausted. He will also be making his debut in the Marathi film industry with Mahesh Manjrekar directorial Vedat Marathe Veer Daudle Saat. He will essay Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s role.
