Akshay Kumar Has A Logical Answer To The Box-Office Clash With John Abraham’s Batla House
Akshay Kumar takes a logical route as he speaks about the box-office clash between Mission Mangal and John Abraham’s Batla House.
Makers of Mission Mangal dropped the trailer of the movie today afternoon and it has already created quite a store on the internet. Trailer release garnered innumerable appreciating comments, assuring the movie to be a blockbuster one on its release. However, the fact can’t be avoided of Mission Mangal’s box office clash with John Abraham’s Batla House also releasing on August 15, 2019. Just like John wasn’t sparred to be quizzed on this clash, Akki too was asked to provide his take on the same.
On being asked the same question, Akki appreciated John’s answer of 'make some noise for the desi boys' which got him a huge round of applause. Continuing further he explained the logic behind film clashes at the box office. According to the actor, numbers of films are more than number of Fridays in a year, thus having multiple releases on a single day, makes more sense. Therefore, experiencing congestion at the BO is ought to happen and in future it will be more intense, with more number of releases. And nobody should be blamed for it.
On being quizzed why his releases mostly clash with John, he smilingly replied, “Because we are friends.” The actor was accompanied by the entire cast of the movie such as Vidya Balan, Sonakshi Sinha, Taapsee Pannu, Sharman Joshi, Kriti Kulhari, Nithya Menen and H. G. Dattatreya.
Kumar has just returned from his vacation in London with his family and all thanks to his wife-actress-author Twinkle Khanna, who kept us entertained by sharing Akki’s funny antics during their vacay.
After Mission Mangal, Akshay Kumar is geared up for Housefull 4, Laxmmi Bomb, Sooryavanshi and Good News.
