Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding brought a lot of celebrities together under one roof. After a seven-month-long engagement period, the couple finally tied the knot at the Jio World Convention Centre, BKC, Mumbai on July 12th, 2024. As videos from the ceremony went viral on social media, netizens were left concerned as the Bachchan family arrived at the venue and posed for the paparazzi without Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her daughter Aaradhya Bachchan.

In the videos that are going viral, veteran actors Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan arrive at the venue along with their daughter Shweta Bachchan, her husband Nikhil Nanda and their kids Navya Naveli Nanda, Agastya Nanda. They were also joined by Abhishek Bachchan. The family happily posed for photos and videos, which raised many eyebrows. It was then seen that Aishwarya and Aaradhya arrived later and posed for the paparazzi. It is to be noted that this happened months after reports suggested that the Devdas actress is separately living from her in-laws and her husband in the same house. The reports suggested that while Aishwarya and Abhishek might not opt for divorce for Aaradhya’s sake, the actress doesn’t get along well with her mother-in-law. In another video that surfaced on the internet, the 50-year-old actress was seen chatting with actress Rekha too, standing away from her in-laws. Fans and admirers of the actress have raised concerns about the same and expressed their mixed opinions. The rumours of trouble brewing in the Bachchan family started resurfacing in November when the diva turned 50. While she was seen celebrating the occasion with her mother and daughter, none of her in-laws wished her. Her hubby’s dry wish on his social media handle raised concern amongst their fans. However, the couple dismissed the rumours when the actress shared a family photo on Instagram, wishing her hubby on his birthday.

On the work front, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was last seen in Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan 2. The actress is yet to announce her next project. Her appearances on the red carpet of the 77th Cannes Film Festival had left the netizens drooling. They are eagerly waiting for her return to the big screen.
