After Varun Dhawan And Neetu Kapoor, Kriti Sanon Tests Positive For COVID-19, Actress Is Back In Mumbai
Kriti Sanon has tested positive for Coronavirus, reports Filmfare. The actress had been shooting for her upcoming film with Rajkummar Rao in Chandigarh and recently returned to Mumbai after wrapping up her schedule
Amid the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, several celebrities have been infected by the COVID-19 virus. A few days ago, reports of Varun Dhawan, Neetu Kapoor and director Raj Mehta testing positive for COVID-19 surfaced, post which, the shooting for Jugg Jugg Jeeyo was brought to a halt. Now, Filmfare reports that Kriti Sanon has tested positive for COVID-19.
The actress had been shooting for her upcoming film with Rajkummar Rao in Chandigarh, and she recently wrapped up her schedule and returned to Mumbai. She shared an Instagram story yesterday which read, “And its a wrap for me.. Bye bye Chandigarh Excited to get back home!” A source close to the actress informed Filmfare today that the actress has tested positive for Coronavirus, however, there’s no update on how she’s doing. We wish the actress a speedy recovery.
Meanwhile, as Kriti Sanon returned to Mumbai on Sunday, she was seen with her face mask on at the airport. She was clicked by the paparazzi present there, and they requested the actress to remove her mask for the pictures, However, Kriti firmly told them she won't. "Absolutely, no," she said.
On the work front, Kriti Sanon will be seen in Mimi next, alongside Sai Tamhankar and Pankaj Tripathi. She will also be seen sharing screen space will Rajkummar Rao in Dinesh Vijan's yet-to-be-titled film, which went on floors in October this year. It also stars Aparshakti Khurana, Paresh Rawal and Ratna Pathak Shah.
