Karan Johar, who has hosted numerous Bollywood celebrities on his chat show Koffee With Karan, had faced severe backlash last year after Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. The conversation about nepotism had reignited after Sushant’s death, and the Bollywood biggies, including Karan, were at the end of massive criticism. The show Koffee With Karan was also called out for being mean and old clips of a celeb previously speaking dismissively about SSR had gone viral. Now, Karan Johar’s latest Instagram story has left us wondering whether KJo will be bringing back his chat show Koffee With Karan.

A few hours ago, Karan Johar took to his Instagram stories to post a selfie of himself and wrote ‘Positivity’. In another story, he shared a picture of a mug with ‘Coffee’ written over it. Below that, Karan Johar added the text ‘with…” leaving us curious whether he just hinted at yet another season of Koffee With Karan? Well, we’ll just have to wait and find out if another season of the chat show is in the works.

After Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, a throwback video of Sonam Kapoor from her appearance in Koffee With Karan had gone viral. During the Hot or Not game, Karan had named actors, asking Sonam if she found them hot or not. When he asked about Sushant Singh Rajput, Sonam said, “Huh?” and paused, after which Karan was seen laughing. “Hot I guess, I don't know, I haven't seen his films,” she had said. A video of Alia from Koffee With Karan had also gone viral.

Post Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, Karan Johar had penned a lengthy note on Instagram. He had written, “I blame myself for not being in touch with you for the past year..... I have felt at times like you may have needed people to share your life with...but somehow I never followed up on that feeling...will never make that mistake again...we live in very energetic and noisy but still very isolated times ...some of us succumb to these silences and go within...we need to not just make relationships but also constantly nurture them....Sushants unfortunate demise has been a huge wake up call to me ...to my level of compassion and to my ability to foster and protect my equations.....I hope this resonates with all of you as well....will miss your infectious smile and your bear hug ....”
