After Nana Patekar, Tanushree Dutta Lashes Out At Vivek Agnihotri. Reveals Director Once Told Her, "Kapde Utaar Ke Naach"
In a totally separate incident, Tanushree Dutta now claims to have been harassed by her film, Chocolate’s director Vivek Agnihotri too. She mentions that her co-stars Irrfan Khan and Suniel Shetty were really supportive of her and took her side. They also blasted the director.
Tanushree Dutta is making headlines one after the other.
After accusing Nana Patekar on grounds of sexual harassment during the shoot of
Horn 'OK' Pleassss, now she has gone ahead to expose another incident which
happened on sets of her film Chocolate: Deep Dark Secrets.
During a video interview with DNA, Tanushree blasted the
director of the film (Vivek Agnihotri). She alleged that during the shoot for a
sequence which involved a lot of water play, she started feeling cold and sick.
She requested the director to increase the temperature of the air conditioner
but he refused and said, “baaki sab garmi mein kyun marein”. Not just this,
during one of the close up shots of her co-star Irrfan Khan, Vivek had asked
Tanushree, who was by then feeling feverish, to give cues to him. Tanushree,
who had a towel wrapped around her, again requested Vivek to put off the AC but
he replied saying, "kapde utaar ke naach". Tanushree was shocked at
that gesture from the director. Watch the video interview right here .
Tanushree further reveals, Irrfan jumped in favour of
Tanushree and blasted the director and said that he didn't need cues for his
facial expressions shots. Also, her co-actor Suniel Shetty, who was present on
sets came forward in support of Tanushree and blasted Vivek as well. Suniel
offered to give cues to Irrfan, if need be.
In the video, Tanushree mentions that there are good
people in the film industry as well, who had supported her back then, are even
standing by her now. But there are also people who are not that good.
Meanwhile, Nana Patekar has threatened to take legal
action against Tanushree. During an interaction with Mirror Now when asked
about the charges levied by Tanushree, Nana hit back saying, “What can I do
about it? Tell me? How would I know?” He went on to add, “What does she mean by
sexual harassment? There are 50–100 people on the sets with me. Will see what I
can do legally.”
