After Mahesh Bhatt, Producer Kumkum Saigal Files A Complaint Against Luviena Lodh On The Charges Of Extortion - REPORTS

Luviena Lodh created quite a stir after she accused Mahesh Bhatt and family of harassing her. The actress claimed that she is married to Mahesh Bhatt's nephew and she is being harassed by them as she seeks divorce. However, it was recently that Lodh's estranged husband Sumit Sabharwal claimed that he is a mere employee at Mahesh Bhatt's production house and is not related to the filmmaker. Later, the Bhatt brothers filed a defamation case against Luviena. Problems seem to be mounting for her as producer Kumkum Saigal has also filed a complaint against her.

According to a report in Times Of India, Kumkum Saigal has filed a case against Lodh with the Additional Commissioner of Police accusing her of extortion. The producer filed a complaint via email as her son has reportedly tested positive for Coronavirus and they are under quarantine. In the complaint, Kumkum alleged that her son Sumit Sabherwal was allowed to use her son Sahil Saigal's flat after he got married to Luviena. But in 2016, the actress filed a complaint against Sumit and the latter left the premises. However, Luviena refused to vacate the flat and continued to stay there enjoying time with her family.

Now, Kumkum Saigal has filed an eviction suit against Luviena at the City Civil court. In the complaint, she has stated that all the allegations made by Luviena have caused her family a great deal of injury to mind and reputation.

The video shared by Luviena Lodh on social media had her saying that if anything happens to her, the only people responsible will be Mahesh Bhatt, Mukesh Bhatt, Sumit Sabharwal, Sahil Saigal, and Kumkum Saigal.
