In the last couple of weeks, we saw many celebs coming forward and supporting farmers protesting against the government. Many celebs such as Priyanka Chopra, Sonam Kapoor, Taapsee Pannu, Richa Chadha, Sonu Sood, Hansal Mehta, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, Divya Dutta l, Diljit Dosanjh, Gurdas Maan and more taking to their social media handles have extended their support for the farmers. Now fierce and outspoken actress Swara Bhasker has joined the league and unlike these stars, she has literally joined the protest happening at the Singhu border. She shared snaps on her social media account from the location as she sat with the farmers.

Though the farmer union representatives had a meeting with the concerned government officials in Delhi, farmer demands have not been net with. Taking to her Twitter account, she wrote, "A humbling day, to see the grit, resolve and determination of protesting farmers and the elderly at #SinghuBorder #FarmersProtests." In her yet another tweet, she shared pictures of the farmer residing in their trucks, her tweet read, “Snapshots of resilience. #SinghuBorder #farmersprotest”

Before Swara, Punjabi singer and notable actor Diljit Dosanjh and Gurdas Maan too had joined the protest. Diljit, after flying back from the States, he directly headed to Singhu Border. As per reports in Hindustan Times, the Good Newwz actor was heard addressing the farmers, “We have only one request to Centre... please fulfil the demands of our farmers.
