After Campaigning For Sushant Singh Rajput, Apurva Asrani Announces Break From Twitter; Invites Trolls To Get Nasty
Sushant Singh Rajput breathed his last on June 14 after allegedly dying due to suicide. The actor's untimely demise has left millions of people, including celebrities, in shock. Sushant's demise has also opened a can of worms with people outraging over nepotism and how the actor was ill-treated in different ways. Something similar is the case of Bollywood writer Apurva Asrani, who was quite active about the alleged wrongdoings with Sushant Singh Rajput. He had also shared an old piece of a news report that mocked Sushant's intellect and tweets. Now, the writer has announced a Twitter break to get some detox. Well, he also has a message for all his haters.

In his tweet, Apurva wrote now that he's disappearing from the microblogging site for some time, all the trolls can openly write nasty things about him. "Taking a break from Twitter to detox & to write without distraction. All those itching to say nasty things about me, now you can do it openly. Stay safe," tweeted Asrani. It was in July that Apurva shared a screenshot of Sushant's reply to a report that made fun of his tweets. "Sushant Singh Rajput: To cure a sane man is way more difficult than curing ones own insanity. DNA Aftr hrs: Clearly MR Rajput, tweets like these are making us question your sanity. In 2017, DNA compiled brilliant quotes from SSR & spun them all to make him seem insane. Do read," read his caption.

Not only that, but Apurva Asrani had also then schooled filmmaker R Balki for saying, "The question is do they (star kids) have an unfair or bigger advantage? Yes, there are pros and cons. But I’d ask one simple question: Find me a better actor than Alia (Bhatt) or Ranbir (Kapoor), and we’ll argue. It’s unfair on these few people who’re probably some of the finest actors." He presented the director with the names of some brilliant actors that aren't star-kids.
