Adnan Sami took to his Twitter and shared a picture of Nihari in a bowl, and revealed that it was cooked by his wife Roya. He mentioned how delicious it was, and soon a social media user mocked him, calling Nihari ‘Pakistan’s national dish’. The singer was unfazed and in fact, pointed out the dish was actually invented in Lucknow. He also went on to school the social media user about the Indian origin of the Urdu language.
The troll wrote, “Thank u for having Pkaistan's National Dish,” to which Adnan Sami replied,“ Ummm... It belongs to Uttar Pradesh & was invented in Lucknow! So you have an Indian dish as Pakistan’s ‘National Dish’... Just like Urdu which also is originally from India... Etc etc! Carry on!” Take a look:
