Adnan Sami Casually Informs About ‘Not’ Taking The First COVID-19 Vaccine Shot As Other Celebs Take Their First Jab
For more than a year, the Novel Coronavirus has become a pain in everyone’s lives and all were only hoping for the vaccine to rescue them from the horror. Now that the vaccines are available in the market, the government has bifurcated on who will get the vaccine shots first. Earlier, it was stated that citizens above 60 years are allowed to get the vaccine and now, people above 45 years can also take the first shot. Having said that, many have already taken one but playback singer Adnan Sami has casually stated that he is just letting everyone know that he has not taken the first shot of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Taking it to his Twitter handle, he wrote, “Just letting you know that today I did  NOT  get my first Jab of the Vaccine...  #JustSaying” while other Bollywood celebs have taken their first jab and one of them is actor Ashwin Mushran who first shared his ordeal on getting a vaccine as he said, “So here's the situation (For me). Tried to register on the #Cowin website took my details but impossible to get a scheduled appointment. Went to one centre and they said sorry you're not registered. Which are the centres in Bandra, Khar, Santacruz that allow walk in appointments?”

While another tweet read, “I’m not surprised about this. Already a bunch of people fighting. I went to Surya yesterday. There were hardly any people there and they told me sorry you'll have to come tomorrow. It's absolute chaos. I'll just go somewhere else and take a chance”

Finally, after getting the first jab, he shared his experience as he wrote, “Ok! 1st shot done with. Got it at Holy Family. My recommendation - Don't bother with Surya in Santacruz. Too much hassle The people at Holy Family in Bandra were very accommodating. I'd registered for the 6th at Bhabha but they cancelled that & gave me an appointment on the spot” Even hairstylist Sapna Bhavani received the vaccine at the Bhabha Hospital as she wrote on Twitter, “Just got vaccinated and I’m so convinced that if the govt really wants to do something they can. Everything was so organised at #bhabhahospital #bandra”
