Adah Sharma, Director Sudipto Sen Met With Road ACCIDENT; Sustain Minor Injuries; The Kerala Story Actor Shares Health Update, ‘Everyone Is Fine'
The Kerala Story director Sudipto Sen and actor Adah Sharma recently met with a road accident when they were traveling to Karimnagar in Telangana. Both sustained minor injuries and were rushed to a private hospital. Sudipto and Adah along with the whole team of the film were visiting Karimnagar to talk about their controversial film The Kerala Story at a youth gathering. Now Adah has shared a health update, informing fans that they are fine and there is nothing to worry about.  

The actress tweeted, “I'm fine guys . Getting a lot of messages because of the news circulating about our accident. The whole team ,all of us are fine, nothing serious , nothing major but thank you for the concern.” Sudipto also confirmed the news of their road accident and revealed they couldn’t attend the yatra due to some 'medical emergency.' His tweet read, “Today we're supposed to visit Karimnagar to talk about our film at a youth gathering. Unfortunately we could not travel due some emergency health issue. Heartfelt apology to the people of Karimnagar. We made the film  to save our daughters. Meanwhile, ‘The Kerala Story’ has been embroiled in several controversies with politicians demanding a ban on the film, which depicts the story of a group of women from Kerala who converted to Islam and joined the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS). A few days ago, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee sent a notice to the state secretary asking him to get the film removed from the screens. It also got banned in Tamil Nadu. 

However, the film is doing exceptionally well at the box office despite bans and protests. Adar Sharma starrer has crossed the Rs 100 crore mark at the ticket window.
