In a past interview, Abhishek opened up about the valuable life lessons he has learned from his wife, Aishwarya. During a conversation on Raj Shamani’s podcast, he shared how Aishwarya helped him gain perspective on what truly matters in life. According to Abhishek, Aishwarya always emphasized the importance of focusing on family and gratitude rather than getting upset over minor inconveniences, like Mumbai’s traffic. She reminded him that coming home to a healthy and happy family is a blessing, a mindset that has helped Abhishek navigate through life’s challenges. Abhishek also recalled a significant moment during the COVID-19 pandemic when his entire family, including his father Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya, and Aaradhya, were hospitalized due to the virus. He was the last to return home, and at that time, he was anxious about the impact of the pandemic on their income, as work had come to a halt. However, Aishwarya’s perspective shifted his focus. She reminded him that they were fortunate to have survived the virus when many families were devastated. Aishwarya’s words struck a chord with Abhishek, who realized that having a healthy family was far more important than financial concerns at that moment.
Reflecting on the experience, Abhishek expressed deep admiration for Aishwarya's wisdom. He shared that she taught him to prioritize health and happiness above all else, a lesson he now carries with him. Whenever someone asks about his family, he simply responds that they are healthy, a mindset that Aishwarya instilled in him. He concluded by praising her ability to put life’s priorities into perspective, calling it an “amazing process” and one of the greatest lessons he has ever learned.
