Aamir Khan: Sultan is the only film that can break PK’s record
Here's the latest update from the world of Bollywood. We bet you wouldn't want to miss this. Read on for details... Says the Salman Khan-starrer cannot be compared to Dangal
Like every year, Aamir Khan invited the media for an interaction with him on the occasion of Eid.
However, at the press meet held a short while ago, the Dangal actor did not reveal much about his festival plans. Instead, he waxed eloquent about Salman Khan’s Sultan, which, as SpotboyE.com told you earlier in the day, he watched last night (We are not surprised. Last night, Aamir saw Sultan, Jul 7).
After sending out customary Eid greetings, Aamir said he’d rather talk about his friend Salman’s latest release. “I just loved Sultan. Story, screenplay, dialogue, direction, performances -- the film lives up to all the expectations we have from mainstream cinema. It’s Salman’s Eid gift to all of us. I want to congratulate the entire team and yes, if there’s any film that can break PK’s record, it’s Sultan,” Aamir said.
When asked if he’d like to compare the Ali Abbas Zafar film with his own Dangal, which is also based on wrestling, Aamir said, “I never compare, each film is different. As far as Sultan is concerned, it’s just perfect. It’s very entertaining and moving -- I cried a lot in the second half. It’s also very inspiring.”
