Here's the latest update from the world of Bollywood. We bet you wouldn't want to miss this. Read on for details... The PK actor speaks up on the controversy
A short while ago, we told you about Aamir Khan attending TV show 24 Season 2’s trailer launch (24 Season 2: The suspense will keep you on the edge of your seats!)
Aamir Khan attended the trailer launch to show some love to good friend Anil Kapoor. While the event was restricted only around the show, with the whole Udta Punjab controversy flaring up day after day, Aamir had to face a question on the topic of the hour.
The actor opened up about the ongoing Udta Punjab controversy at the event. He said, “It’s very unfortunate. My knowledge is that the film is based on drug addiction and it delivers a social message. So, I don’t think anything should be cut from the movie. This reflects very badly on the CBFC and I hope the film gets justice. The voice of films and filmmakers shouldn’t be throttled, they should have a free voice.”
