66th Filmfare Awards 2021 Winners List: Taapsee Pannu Takes Home Best Actress Award For Thappad, Late Actor Irrfan Khan Awarded For Angrezi Medium
66th Filmfare Awards 2021 was a star studded affair held in Filmcity, Goregaon, Mumbai, despite the COVID-19 pandemic that got everything to a halt, stars made sure to make this evening a memorable one. Few days back the list of nominations for this prestigious award was out; last night stars took home the trophy for their hard work. The evening was hosted by Rajkummar Rao and Riteish Deshmukh. Winning under the Best film category is Anubhav Sinha's Thappad, while taking home the trophy for the Best actor in leading role female was the movie lead Taapsee Pannu for Thappad.

Meanwhile, the moment that must have got everyone teary eyed would be when late actor Irrfan Khan was awarded for his marvelous performance in Angrezi Medium. Ajay Devgn starrer Tanhaji The Unsung Warriors director Om Raut took home the best director's trophy. Saif Ali Khan was awarded for his performance in supporting actor in male category for Tanhaji The Unsung Warrior. While taking home the best debut trophy was Alaya F for Jawaani Jaaneman. Megastar Amitabh Bachchan was awarded with Best actor (critics) in male category for Gulabo Sitabo.
