3rd Night In Jail. No Release For PadMan Producer Prernaa Arora Yet, Breaks Down In Court Again
There seems to be no respite for producer Prernaa Arora who has been put behind bars since weekend. Last evening, the proceedings happened from 4-7pm post which the court was adjourned. So, Prernaa had to spend her third night in jail. Owing to this, she couldn't hold back her tears, and had a breakdown in court itself.

Her lawyer, Rizwan Merchant argued that she couldn’t be kept in prison on a Saturday night, but considering the number of fraud cases registered against her, she couldn’t earn a relief. When Esplanade Court had announced of her imprisonment, she had broken into tears. Her then lawyer, Ashok Saraogi had told SpotboyE.com, “We will apply for bail on Monday when the matter will be heard.” The moment Prernaa was being taken into custody, she hugged her father Virender and started sobbing then and there.

Prernaa also had a spat with John Abraham’s JA Entertainment in which his production house dragged her to court for three criminal charges that comprised of cheating, breach of trust, defamation and offenses committed under the IT act. She was also the co-producer on Batti Gul Meter Chalu, but eventually walked off owing to a financial dispute.

Clearly, none of her past projects have done any good to her.
