Actress Urvashi Rautela has made a name for herself in the Hindi entertainment industry as well as internationally with her acting talent and fashion statements. Being an avid social media user, she takes to her official handles to share updates about her personal life and professional journey. On many occasions, she is brutally criticised by the netizens, who often call her out for being ‘overdramatic.’ Well, on Wednesday, she took to her Instagram to reveal that she was hospitalised.

Captioned, “PRAY FOR ME,” Urvashi is seen showing her blood-soaked perfectly manicured finger. Then she is seen sitting comfortably on a sofa chair, going through a book, while being attached to an oxygen machine, dressed in a beige robe. Her video has left netizens confused, who took it upon themselves to mock her for getting admitted after getting a ‘barely-there’ cut on her finger. 

Taking to her comment section, one wrote, “@urvashirautela please come to comment section. I hope you will feel shame on yourself. Only 1 small cut on finger and you getting oxygen. What is this nonsense.” Another wrote, “Overacting ki dukan.” Other one said, “Itna to Roz meri billiya nochti hai.” One commented, “first Indian woman to admit hospital after a small cut on finger.” Another commented, “Kya mst doctors h vo log jinhone admit krliya.”

For the unversed, Urvashi was also admitted to the hospital in July 2024 after suffering a fracture. She was busy shooting for an action sequence in Hyderabad for Nandamuri Balakrishna's upcoming Telugu film, NBK 109. She was badly injured during the same. Her team has shared a press release stating that she suffered a ‘terrible fracture’. They also added that she was in pain. 


On the work front, Urvashi Rautela was last seen in the film Ghuspaithiya, co-starring Vineet Kumar Singh and Akshay Oberoi. She has Indian 2 with Kamal Haasan, NBK109 with Nandamuri Balakrishna. Apart from that she has Kassor and Welcome To The Jungle, among many others in her pipeline.
