'I Never Said Sushant Singh Rajput Was Killed,' Says Former DGP Of Bihar Gupteshwar Pandey
Former DGP of Bihar, Gupteshwar Pandey, is said to have played a pivotal role in driving CBI to investigate Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. Gupteshwar Pandey also made it to the headlines after he mentioned about Rhea Chakraborty 'aukaat' in one of the viral interviews. However, Gupteshwar Pandey has now taken a voluntary retirement as he is all set to enter politics. Now, in his latest interview, he has once again spoken on Sushant's death case and the medical report submitted by AIIMS to CBI.

To Mid-day, he was quoted saying that he never said that Sushant Singh Rajput was murdered. He even pointed out that in the FIR filed by Sushant's father, Rhea has been accused of abetment to suicide. Gupteshwar Pandey was quoted saying, "I have never said that Sushant was killed, in fact, the FIR registered in Bihar mentioned abetment to suicide. It was the Mumbai police department that behaved unprofessionally when our team landed in Mumbai to investigate the case. Nobody was cooperating with our team. As far as the AIIMS report is concerned, I have not seen that. Wait for CBI’s conclusive report. The agency is investigating the abetment of suicide charge and if it finds any evidence, a murder charge can be added."

Sushant Singh Rajput died on June 14 and it was almost after 44 days that his father filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty in a police station in Bihar accusing her of abetment to suicide, cheating and more.
