Actress Aditi Rao Hydari is currently basking the love and admiration being showered on her for her portrayal of Bibbojaan in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s first web series Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar. The actress has made a name for herself in the entertainment industry with her versatile performances. She recently took to her official social media handle to open up about her ‘worst’ experience at the Heathrow airport. On Wednesday in a series of Instagram stories, she shared videos and photos demanding to know where her luggage was and how she had been waiting for over 17 hours.

Calling the Heathrow airport worst, she expressed how the passengers had been waiting for 2 hours at an empty luggage belt, waiting got their luggage to arrive. In the second story, she shared a screenshot of Heathrow Airport replying to her query. The message reads, “Hi there, we are sorry to learn that your luggage is delayed, As airlines employ their own grounds team, and baggage handlers, Heathrow have no control over the baggage handling process. Angered at the mismanagement, the 37-year-old actress questioned British Airways as it had been over 3 hours that she had been waiting for her luggage. Shedding light on the waiting period she shared a third and a fourth story stating how she had been waiting for 6 and then 17 hours for her luggage.
